Bruno Souca produces some of the best Brazilian coffee. He is a very dedicated man with a passion with a no comprimizing approach. I meet Bruno at World Brewers Cup champion in 2018. Went to his farm and had a lot of his coffee at their coffee place Cafe Academia in Belo Horizonte. This LOT is very untradtional for a Brazilian coffee with its winery notes - anaerobe processes for 72 hours. 

Bruno is one of the frontiers producing very high and untraditonally coffees in Brazil.
