Drip Coffee on December dripper

The DECEMBER Coffee Dripper is made of hand knocked steel. And it a further improvement of the Kalitta wave filter method.  Flat bed - which allows you to brew coffee that optimizes the sweetness, body and acidity. 

/with adjustable bottom to control the speed of brewing. 

I grind the on the same setting as when I brew a hario V-60.

If you prefer less body and a lighter version - I will recommend you adjust a slightly course setting.
