  • First barista in the world to roast my own coffee for a World Championship competition in 2010

Most recently, my work has also received international recognition through three new international titles and trophies, alongside distinctions including the Falstaff Nordic Coffee Awards and Global Coffee Awards recognition — acknowledging not only coffee quality itself, but years of dedication to farming relationships, roasting, brewing, sensory understanding, and innovation.
