Back in the roastery is where the real magic happens, though.
With intimate knowledge of our varieties, we can roast the coffee to perfection – meaning that every cup of coffee made from this bag, will tell you where it comes from. No light, nor dark roast - but respect to terroir and variety. Simple as that!
