December coffee dripper

The DECEMBER dripper is a lift up from what we know from the Kalitta wave filter method.
The liftet flat bed insures a good flow rate and enhances both sweetness, body and acidity - in the stanless steel version as well as the ceramic version.
The bottom is also adjustable if you want to control the speed of brewing.
