I have been working together with Alejo Castro since 2017. On my first visit I was convinced that our work together would be a perfect match. Since then I have returned back to the farm, Volcan Azul every year. And 2020, we both initiated progressing on our bound. We have now developed our own processing techniques designed to my coffees. As a result Alejo just won place no 4, 12, 23 and 25 at the prestigious Cup of excellence and with our new fermentation method no 4.
